Called several enterprise and they will asnwer the phone with in few minutes. This enterprise still has no answer after 20 minutes. Just like one of customer mentioned on the review. Either phone line has issues or employees just don't care.

I recently rented a car from the Torrington enterprise branch and had the pleasure of meeting Ben and Andres, two friendly and professional individuals. Ben was very kind, and worked with me on several issues that came up during the rental period. His flexibility made my life significantly easier during a busy and stressful week, and Andres' positive can-do attitude brought some much needed good energy to my day. 5/5 experience. Everything is great in person. The staff is good. But when you call the place no matter what time of the day they don't answer the phone. I've literally stood outside of there and called while there were several employees there and still was placed on hold and there was no answer. There's basically no way to call the local branch. So I don't know if it's an issue with corporate headquarters or the local branch. But it needs to be fixed
