Not professional at all. Certain dr touching covid patient eyes without gloves. Rude and obnoxious. Avoid CHH. Eating in triage area, gossiping about others, not wearing masks, list goes on and on.

If I could give 0 stars I would my boyfriend got hurt at work and sat there for over an hour with his finger split wide open didn't clean it out or anything while the nurses took back all the people that came in after him. He was supposed to get an x ray they brought everyone in that came in after him come to find out the whole 2 hours sitting there THEY FORGOT ABOUT HIM! Yeah they really care about the people who come in there.

My best friend was told to goto the ER by her cancer doctor who called them ahead of time. Her doctor said she was afraid my friend would be paralyzed (spinal bone cancer) if she didn't go. She's been on a bed, in the hallway, for 7 hours, and they haven't done anything for her. What a horrible hospital. Unbelievable!!

I spent a few hours in the ER last night, and I have to say I was very impressed with the kindness and concern I received from every employee I encountered that evening. From admissions to the nurses and the doctor, Louis Pito, MD, whom I dealt with, everyone gets a 5 star rating! They listened to me, showed concern and addressed my discomfort quickly. I felt I was in very good hands and so appreciate my care at this hospital. I would highly recommend Charlotte Hungerford to everyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Depends, you can never predict how many people may need medical help. My experiance was on a Sunday mid day and wait time was minimal. The staff is very helpful and if you truly have a serious emergency they should be seen befire someone with a cold. If you nothing super serious you might want to go to the walk in clinic so as not to tie up the ER.
Get there early! Saturday at 11:00 two hour wait. May be better during week.

It really depends on the day. There are days when there is no one in the waiting room, and some days all the seats are filled. It also depends on why the patient needs to be seen. The best thing to do is try calling to get a better feel.
