Received a covid test for an upcoming surgery today 6-9-22. What a delightful lady working alone doing the testing. Very, very, professional. Please let her know there are people such as myself that appreciate her hard work! Kaiser is fortunate to have her as an employee. What a day. Sent this to wrong place. The reception staff was very professional, pleasant and competent. My wait time was less than 2 minutes. Steven, the person that fitted my arm casts/braces was thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The building they are in is absolutely gorgeous and the gigantic sculpture that greets you in the lobby was breathtaking.
