I saw Jr Jon at Orchards. His MA, Brandy called me in. We talked about why I was there, she totally understood everything, took pictures for Dermo of a problem area on my arm, ask pertinant questions, very efficient without forgetting to be kind and considerate. Dr Jon came in, we discussed why I was there, he asked questions, explained his opinions, explained treatments, explained referrals. He asked me if I had any further questions, and then excused himself. I always feel so confident with Brandy and Dr Jon. I would (and do) trust them with my life.

Today, i saw Dr. Yang Ye, Md. He was so professional, and very knowledgeably doctor. He listened to me carefully, he was very patient with me, and he gave me advise what to do next, how to feel better, and make sure if i do need more help he will be there for me. I would recommend Dr. Yang Ye to everybody. Emina

Arrived on time for appt. Man using the phone at the desk for 20 minutes, but we approached and were seen by staff several times during our wait. I finally asked to check in around the man on the phone!)and was told we had to check in at entrance to building, not at our regular office. The man at imaging (there the entire time we waited) told us we had to reschedule as we checked in 20 minutes late! There was no one in waiting area the entire 30 minutes we were there and supposedly someone had been scheduled for my husband's imaging at that time. It is obvious to me that this lack of service was due to the fact that my husband is an 89 year old Black man! We will not return to the Orchards office and will request a clinic that will serve members with the respect that they deserve!

The Dr. and Nurse combination are excellent. They work so well as a team. My Provider is the Best that I have had with my 55 years with Kaiser. He is a great listener and provider for what my issues. The Nurse does her job quite well. Am very pleased to be able to have them as my health advisors and care takers.
