Too many inspections to where they become intrusive. No one cares if people who are not disabled park in handicap parking. I have seen people Without placards park in disabled parking I have a disability my knee is bone to bone an you have the same person with two cars taking up handicap parking . No one does anything they have made it so that the only people that can call the tow company is the peoples name that is contract with the tow company basically only manager and at night an at weekends is when these rules are broke an people park where they want because there is nothing we can do an they know it!! Residents need access to cal tow complains for matter like this. I have had to park Al the way over my the office because not only do I not get a handicap parking there is no parking in the parking or closest to my building so I’m end up parking by office it’s messed up. They need to DO Better!

I've never actually been to Fort Vancouver Terrace. I was just looking for a new place to move to just incase I might have to move do to the cost of living increase, as well as, my allergies in regard to where I'm living now, which is a park like setting. Where every allergen you can think of exists here and that I'm allergic to. However I am still going to continue living here despite my allergies.

Our family has lived in this apartment complex for over 10 years. It’s an “OK” place to live in. The housing assistance/ subsidized program is great (for low-income families), although you have to wait for it. The maintenance is helpful. What we don’t like is that multiple times we have found nails in our cars’ tires, and some other minor car damages which can make you feel that you are living not in a very safe area.

First off, the management (Thomas) will seem very excited to have you in the community, but once you move in, it's nothing but a pile of stress. They told us not to have air conditioners for the heat, but you can see them in many windows of other apartments. They say no dogs or cats, but you can hear dogs bark and see cats day and night. This is undoubtedly the worst place I've ever stayed in, and I hope no one else can experience the annoyances my family and I went through.
