Always a good hike/run! Easy to moderate. If you get out far enough, it can nice and quite and secluded.

This is a good place for an afternoon walk... The main trail is wide and there isn't usually very much activity... There are quite a few single track trails to walk that gives you a bit more feeling of solitude.... The one thing that's a bummer for me is there is almost no wildlife or very little that you get to see other than rabbits and wizards there are some bird's as well... I have noticed now that we are getting later in the year that I am seeing a little more wildlife so I have high hopes... There are quite a few places to catch a sunset here as well... All in all I think this is a great place to take the dogs for a stroll...

Good view over San Diego, has a poke gym at the front. Always empty, always pretty hot up there, make sure to bring your dogs' water.
