I had gone to a radio-chain store in order to hopefully upgrade my car’s sound system, this ended in disaster leaving my brand new vehicle’s speakers and wiring in absolute chaos. After dealing with the company’s atrocious customer service I found a local shop named “Sounds Unique” and saw it had raving reviews so I stopped by that night. Although it was late at night, Kenny immediately began looking at my car to see what he could do to help my situation. He put in hours of research before even touching my car just to make sure he went in with the proper approach given it was a brand new Hyundai hybrid. He quickly fixed everything and even helped put in an amazing sub! Since then I got a new car, Kenny uninstalled my sub and expertly installed it into my current vehicle. I have nothing but great experiences with him and his business and I recommend him to ANYONE who wants a beautifully sounding system in their car. He’s a hard working, trustworthy guy who will go the extra mile to make sure his customer is satisfied with their installation. Please consider Sounds Unique with your future vehicle endeavors!

Traveling to Aloha from Utah, to purchase a 2003 Dodge truck from my father's estate. I Googled an car audio shop in Aloha and found Sounds Unique. With 75 five star reviews (*there was nothing less than 5 star reviews...by the way) I made the call. I gave Ken our time-line and he discussed audio options with me. He told us the price and we set the time he could have the truck. He ordered the equipment needed for the job and called me a week later saying he was ready. Great communication! He finished ahead of schedule and took us through the Sirius radio set-up and back-up camera. We are 100% pleased!

Ken, at sounds unique, is not just professional but driven. Willing to work around technical issues, supply issues, and not just deliver, but support the work they do. I had a fair amount of work done on my e-250 van for my locksmith business. Ken installed a rearview backup camera with Apple car play, inverter with a separate battery, CompuStar security system, and lastly a light bar on the front grill of the van. I cannot recommend Ken enough for anyone that wants any upgrades or updates done to their rig for audio, security, additional cameras, etc. Ken seems to be able to do anything. ✌️

Awesome experience: I was wanting a direct-wire install of my Escort radar detector, and Ken immediately recommended a specific mount that would be much more clean than the OEM mounts (had been previously using a massive sticky cup). He went the extra mile and made sure I had found the correct mount & wiring kit for my vehicle, then offered to purchase them for me as he could save me a few bucks (plus free shipping) being as he's considered a dealer. Once my parts arrived, he called me to schedule the installation, and was willing to work with my schedule to make this happen (quicker than I had anticipated, which was great!). Could not be happier with the install or service! Ken is a true professional and is not only skilled at his craft, but he is also honest, upfront, and a great communicator. Would highly recommend without reservations, and will definitely go back if his services are ever needed again. Thank you Ken!
