Big B is the place to be lol.. 😆 I go here for all my tire needs. I love the workers they are great. 2 specific workers Justin being one of them.have went above and beyond help me. They have great tires at fair prices also.

Tire fell completly off the rim the day after i got 4 "new" tires, then they tried to blame it on me saying I hit something which is not what happened at all. Was in the drive thru and my tire pressure gauge came on, when I pulled away there was a thump thump like a flat tire. I immediately pulled into a parking spot and saw the tire was off the rim.

Used to love this place. Went in a week ago cuz my tire was flat. Said they'd give me a good eal and did...paid for it but it was busy and had to leave the tire. They never called me so I called to see, they gave my tire to someone else who drove off with it. They returned it the next day, but Big B didn't tell me, until I called them. They give me the tire for free, for the hassle. Then 3 days later, I'm getting calls like a collection agency wanting me to pay $65 for the tire. But only talk to this one guy....?? I call and talk to "a manager" who says "oh we didn't know you had worked it out, no problem, no charge." But 3 hours later, got another call that says "now you owe us $45." Skip it

I gave this place a 1 star review because I drove all the way from Noti on Sunday to get tires because the website said they were open until 5pm. Well they ARE NOT open at all on Sundays. They need to fix this asap. This is so frustrating because I wasted 30$ in gas, 2 hours of driving for nothing. Whoever put this website on Google needs to make sure they put the correct information on the website. I will change my review as soon as they fix the hours. Thank you.
