There is a total lack of respect for your vehicle here just got my tires rotated and the guy taking off the hubcaps just let each one fall and bounce off the concrete leaving little marks and scratches on them. I would not recommend this place and it's sad that you have to watch your rig get worked on just to catch stuff like this happening.

I asked to have one of my tires torqued and the customer service representative had terrible customer service and argued for no reason, $27 to get one tire torque. After a condescending tone, I do not recommend this location. Instead of being defensive with customers, I suggest listening and hearing what the customer is saying. Men at this location have better customer service.

Great place to go for air in tires, check fluids and top off if needed. Been going to Les Schwab for over 40+ years. In Eugene and Klamath Falls, Oregon. Great employees, always very helpful and a always friendly with a smile. Love Les Schwab.

Make sure you know if it's the same flat fix or a different one. You might be getting sabotaged. I would try to install a can of the green slime flat repair
