A few weeks ago, my kitten had fractured her back leg and another vet told me that amputation was likely the only option for us. When the pain got too severe, Tanasborne was able to get us in within 5 minutes of arriving there. They immediately took her back to administer pain medication. About 15 minutes later, we got to speak directly to the surgeon and he was extremely kind and explained the process to us. He even asked us how we felt about this, and let us voice our concerns. He made me feel so much better about the process. We only spent about an hour tops until we were able to go home and rest. I felt confident that she was safe in their hands. I would say the only less-than-par experience I had was when I called back a few days ago to ask a question about medicine, and whoever answered the phone was short with me and sounded like she was annoyed by my questions. I thought it was weird considering the amazing experiences I had with other employees. Otherwise, I am so, so grateful for the help I’ve received at this veterinary hospital. The staff I worked with while at the hospital were extremely gracious, and understanding. And my baby is healing amazingly thanks to their help!

My dog Beans collapsed yesterday afternoon. We called them and they said come in right away. We got seen immediately to get triaged. Beans initial vitals and a quick assessment was done. Their estimated wait time they told us was accurate. It was a long night but the waiting area is extremely spacious, clean and very comfortable. Water is available while you wait. There is a nice outdoor waiting area as well. Dr. Julie D was fantastic at explaining everything and gave us all our options. Good bedside manner. Once we were seen, things just happened very quick. We got X-rays, and got the results of that fairly quickly. Left with medications that we needed. Dr. Julie D even called us in the morning to check on Beans status. Great care and I highly recommend them to any pet parent.

I would 10,000% recommend this vet to anyone with an emergency. We took my red Heeler who was in labor and having difficulty pushing out a big pup around 12:30AM today. They got her back right away and did everything they could to help the rest of her puppies get delivered smoothly. The whole staff was friendly. Dr. Pope was so kind, her tech Bre was amazing. The tech who taught us how to tube feed was amazing. I wish I remembered everyone’s names, everyone was so kind and helpful. They really helped calm my nerves and helped deliver 5 beautiful babies. They set us up in an exam room and told us we could stay with our baby for the remainder of her birth instead of heading home when she was deemed stable. This was great because we live 45 minutes away and I didn’t want to deliver puppies in the car! I will definitely come back if there’s another emergency with any of my dogs. Very knowledgeable staff. They even handled our panicky and upset owner call well before we headed over.

My dog got into a bunch of trailmix which had lots of raisins. Tanasbourne had me call poison control and then let me bring her in right away to be seen and induce the vomiting. They took her in and kept her for two days, and was so caring of her and my needs. She is a bulldog so trusting Dr Thomas and team is easy. I really am so thankful that you helped me through this and you were able to treat her quickly.

Just keep calling them. They are incredibly busy right now. Sometimes it just takes a few calls.
I would definitely call them and see, I know they have treatment rooms separate from other animals and currently you wait outside and call them when youre there. So someone can come out and at least look at him. Good luck!
You have to call their number when you're in the parking lot and then they'll come out and see you
Call them
I would definitely seek verinary attention as soon as possible. This sounds like it could be very serious. Dr. Thomas
