I feel horrible for them being short staffed. The wait time really sucked but I understand how the times are with trying to get people to work. The medical assistant was very friendly and easy to talk too. The doctor kept the appointment short and sweet. I'd you want to get in without and appointment show up at 7:00am

Went to this location for our annual insurance health screening. They were quick, all staff we encountered were friendly (which was especially impressive for an 8am appt) and they even offered snacks, which I've never seen at an urgent care facility. Waiting room was clean, restroom was clean and well-stocked, exam room clean and even comfortable.

I had exactly one week to be ready for my immigration interview including a medical exam required. I thought it would be impossible to have everything ready in one week. Thanks to everyone on the team here at Concentra I had everything ready to go by my deadline. It was a very short notice for everyone to help and I can't thank them all enough. They were very friendly and super helpful through the process.
