Great apartment complex that is very cool and relaxing, right next to every store imaginable. The staff here are awesome, especially Judy who went out of her way to help me.

Used to live here roughly 7ish years ago. Easy in and out to HW26 if you needed to commute to city often. Free covered parking if I recall. Although street noise can be a noticeable factor during the weekend and over the summer. Also later part of my stay, I found rats in the kitchen more than just once. We never kept any food outside the freezer and it likely crawled its way in through the drain(?), and each time pest control guy would show up to get rid of it. I never had any other complains; also back then rent used to low in a relative scale. Wouldn't want to live there again though to pay 2x rent of what i paid back then for the same or worse quality of housing.

This place I have here at The Lakes is very quiet, comfortable and convenient. I love the trees and wildlife and the landscaping is taken care of so beautifully, It feels like an oasis away with the city and all shopping needs just across the street. I have lived here for 3 years and have no plan to move soon. The year round indoor pool and hot tub and gym in the beautiful clubhouse makes it feel like living in a resort. The management is always helpful and friendly. I love it here!

I'm only giving 3 stars since that is what the location currently has. These pictures are of an apartment I just moved out of after I cleaned. I'll update the review and tell my experience after I receive my security deposit. **Warning for non Oregon resident** It is common for apartment complexes to take money from a security deposit no matter the condition of the unit. So even if you had your rug shampooed and paid someone to clean your place. Well you are getting at least $200 taken from the deposit. I don't like it, but that is how Oregon is.
