I had the opportunity to live here for a 30 + plus years. It was an overall great experience! The community is beautiful and well-kept. The neighbors are usually kind if you make an effort to say hello. The staff and management are very kind people and were responsive to any help we requested. The apartments themselves are a little older having been built long ago.

They don't even deserve one star. I lived there a little over a year ago and I wish I still had a picture but I don't anymore. Block mold comes through the walls and I'm still dealing with replacing belongings I had to leave behind from them getting contaminated. That's not even the worst part of my kids losing their health and constantly getting sick. And I haven't fully recovered yet I always feel like I have a cold. Even after telling management they told me to clean it myself with bleach and water! THAT DOESN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. DO NOT MOVE THERE even to save money you'll regret it.

The Manager is A+ office is always available, during posted business hours." I live here for 10 years the first 3 years Managers come and go but Johana has been the Best Manager over 7 years at this complex I know always helpful, super great person answer phone calls after hours maintenance guy great tpo.

I moved into this "renovated motel" of an apartment a year ago because of the price, within that single year I have spent more money repair and cleaning my own apartment then if I had gone to a more expensive complex. The entire complex is also infested with black mold and the landlords & maintenance crew could care less. They only paint over the issues and not even in a professional manner. Any complaint or request is viewed as a burden and will take AT LEAST 3 requests to even get someone to come look at the problem, sometimes they never do. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WILL GET SICK AND LOOSE LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY!
