These guys will upsell you on anything they can, be very cautious and don't come here if you don't know exactly what you want. Huge waste of time, awful customer service, go to Portland music company and support a local business that actually cares.

Come here if you like incompetent associates who don’t care about your expectations. There is absolutely no one working for this company that has any interest in customer service. The only reason to shop at guitar center is because their employees are untrained and they regularly mis-label, and under-price used gear. The atmosphere of this particular store reminds me of going to the DMV. Everyone there hates their life, and all they want to do is get out as soon as possible. There is no passion or energy about music whatsoever. If I was excited about diving into the world of music for my first time, coming here would absolutely kill that excitement.

The pro audio guy was extremely helpful. Super transparent... They really don't sell passive speakers... It's all good.

It is always a joy to visit one of this location. They always have great toys to play with. I recommend that you go visit. A little fuzzy camera but I will update the pictures next time, promise 😊
