The cakes are super nice and delicious. They are pricey , but very nice artwork is done. You can customize the cake based on size, design, and flavor you like. Got a cake for my daughter and it was a blast for her.

Frankly the decorations of the cake were top notch and their customer service was delightful. Our 4yr old enjoyed the decorations, and we did as well. The issue we had...was flavor, or rather a lack thereof. The frosting was devoid of taste, almost could've called it colored Crisco. Not a huge deal, as we're not frosting lovers anyway. However, when one pays $75 for a cake, it is expected to have a dynamic flavor. The cake itself was almost as if they used no sugar. In fact, if I closed my eyes I couldn't tell the flavor (ours was chocolate). It's shameful when a Betty Crocker cake mix has more flavor and leaves a better desire for another bite. The cake was moist and everything else about it was good, maybe even great. However, it was one of the worst cakes to eat we've ever had. We don't keep a "cake journal" but we might be willing to say it was the worst tasting cake we've ever had (cliche...agreed but it's how we felt). I'd give them higher stars, however a cake is supposed to be enjoyable to eat, not just cool to look at. It wasn't, and even the 4yr old didn't finish their piece cake...in fact none of the kids finished their slice of cake, so that's why we're leaving 2-stars. If you want a good eating cake, go to Costco, Safeway, Albertsons or somewhere else. If you want a well decorated cake and good customer service only, then this place fits that bill.

Great overall experience. I ordered the custom cake over the phone. I used one of their pictures from the website gallery as a reference and tweaked it according to what I needed. Pompa was very thorough over the phone, asked appropriate questions to help me get what I wanted. The cake turned out amazing, exactly what I was imagining. And not to mention, the cake tasted absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place!

The owner Pompa was so easy to work with. She helped design a fabulous and delicious cake for both my children's birthdays based on their set themes. She is so creative and detailed with her cakes. She is also highly reliable too. I highly recommend this cake shop for your next party. Thank you for your great customer service! You have earned yourself a loyal customer ;)

No we don’t make cake pops now.
Face mask is mandatory while inside the bakery. Social distancing of 6ft.
Yes it does exist. However there is no sign outside the mall that says Cake It. It's inside the building with the big sign called CEDAR HILLS CROSSING, and Powell's Books. It's a small place right next to a Starbucks and Ceramicafe Art Lounge.
Sorry, we don't make gluten free or dairy free cakes. But few months later we plan to keep some gluten free desserts.
