The shower above our room poured into our room shower through the light fixture. The hotel was notified and did nothing. The smell was intense. We were unable to take a shower during our visit. We were told that there were no other rooms available.

Clean, comfortable hotel overall. The configuration of the room with the separate shower and toilet areas was great for multiple people. The fan in our room was incredibly loud, even on low, and that made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. There didn’t seem to be AC in the halls or elevators, making them very uncomfortable. The breakfast was decent.

The bathroom door locked when closing it at about 9 pm. The night desk person couldn’t/wouldn’t call maintenance which he said is offsite. Said we would have to wait until 9:00 the following day. Also would not get us in contact with the manager. Said we could use the bathroom in another room but we would have to pay for the second room and still wouldn’t let us get our toiletries out. Poorest customer service ever experienced in a Marriott property
