This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. (1) I only chose this hotel because their website says their complementary airport shuttle runs through 11pm. But when I called them at 10:30pm, they told me the last shuttle was 10:20pm (ironically that happened to be the time I first called them but no one answered the phone). So I ended up paying out of pocket to get there. (2) The AC was so loud that, even after I turned it off, it still sounded like a big engine running. And it's not just with the room I stayed at, because when I asked to switch to another room, the AC there was even louder. I believe there was something wrong with their whole central AC system, because you could even hear this noise on the whole floor in the hallway. (3) The fridge right in front of the bed was also making unusually loud noise. So you could imagine how frustrated I was just trying to sleep after a long day of flights. (4) There were uncleaned soup scum in the shower and also spilled coffee near the coffee maker. I've never seen this in my entire life. (5) Some staff really seemed unprofessional (she was literally sitting at the front desk looking at her cellphone while I was talking to her). Bottom line: even if they pay me to stay there, I'd say NO.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This was by far, the most run down Marriott I’ve ever seen. I’m still waiting to be contacted by management concerning my very short stay. The linen was filthy. The young lady that checked me in was nice, but that was the only pleasant experience while there. The location is not safe. Needless to say, I will never visit again. Update: Management finally contacted me via email.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE FRONT DESK, HOUSEKEEPING & BREAKFAST TEAM! A first impression is everything and cleanliness is obviously priority at this location! Management at this Four Points by Sheraton Charlotte is doing everything right for its guests--i.e., an immaculate front entrance and lobby area, outstanding Front Desk service, meticulous cleaning and extremely comfortable bedding in our room, and a fresh, complimentary breakfast! During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of interacting with "JIM PAYTON" (manager) and a few members of his team! On February 5, 2022, the first team member was "MARIAH" (Front Desk agent) during check-in. We were greeted with a sincere smile, and throughout our stay, our interaction with MARIA was the kind of personal and professional qualities that Sheraton guests, like myself, expect—friendliness, attention to details and a caring disposition. Later, I had the pleasure of meeting a team member of Housekeeping, who provided a requested blanket and a more suitable lightweight bed covering (that goes under the comforter) ... please let the person who cleaned room #436 know that we sincerely appreciated her providing us with a spotless room! In addition, my thanks to team member "MS. DENISE" for her genuine kindness every morning, providing a delicious complimentary breakfast and ensuring that everything was well-stocked--food (including our daily muffins) and beverages! Last, but not least, thank you, "JIM," for going "above and beyond" to ensure that we quickly had an operational and safe microwave oven! You and your team provided us with a first-rate, enjoyable and memorable experience at Four Points by Sheraton and we will be back!

Great location. We were delayed in Charlotte for 2 days waiting on our flight and didn't have a car, and this hotel was within walking distance to several delicious restaurants and even a small shopping center. The rooms were clean, a few things could have been better. We had 2 rooms. One of them had a microwave and refrigerator and one did not. The plug in our bathroom was loose and didn't work. They had a shuttle to the airport. We dropped our rental car off at the airport on the first night and called for a shuttle to be taken back to the hotel. The shuttle arrived in about 20 minutes, but couldn't pull over right away to pick us up,so he just drove by and headed back to the hotel. We called and they told the driver to come back and get us. He finally showed up to pick us up and never apologized or anything. All he said was that he wanted someone else to pick us up, because the airport was busy. The hotel staff, however was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver that took us to the airport for our departure was much nicer and he actually opened doors and helped us with luggage and everything.
