Came from Michigan for a visit. We were placed on the 8th floor. Room was clean, staff was very friendly and made sure we had clean Linen everyday. Stayed for 4days. Really enjoyed our stay. Only thing that sucked was waiting for the slow elevator. Would stay again!

Positive: The location was convenient for me, but no restaurants or shopping nearby. Relatively easy to check in and check out. Negative: Elevators out of order and room on 6th floor. Used the out of the way service elevator. Gap in window frame to the outside elements. Did not feel safe. Unknown knocking on my door at 10:15 p.m. Furniture very old. HVAC vents in room filthy!

One of the worst stays. The escalator didn't work. The rooms are old and no regulations around smoking inside the room. A good 1 star hotel if you want a cheap stay. They won't get any repeating customers in my opinion. The only good part was the location.

Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned at all. Need shower shoes just to shower. Its a non smoking facility but sheets and blankets are full of burnt holes.. You have to pay for extra toilet paper so use the first roll wisely! Heat or a/c doesn't work in certain rooms so I had to change rooms 3 times.. Elevator is always broken. The hotel manager is always getting caught creeping around peoples doors listening in for some odd reason. I had to stop someone from calling the cops on her for harassment. Had to stay there for 5 weeks until my apartment was ready. Once it was time for me to check out they didn't want to give me my deposit back. She said they went through the garbage I put out hours before I checked out and said there was evidence in the garbage bag I was smoking in the room.. room cleaned garbage out and room didn't smell like smoke yet they based that decision on GARBAGE THEY RUBBISHED THROUGH.
