Positive: The hotel was filthy, in an unsafe area! The staff was down right rude! There was a mattress and garbage outside of or room up against the wall next to our room. The room smelled like mold, there was a soon and debris on the floor, the curtains was filth! Negative: Two rooms next to us when we checked in at two in the morning doors was open and people was going in and out! My husband told the staff and he just checked us out the room and said he will tell the manager to refund us but would not give manager info to u

First the pros: The price was inexpensive, there was a lock on the door, & the bed was somewhat comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Now for the cons: The location of the hotel - it was next to a loud highway is a not-so-savory part of town, the outdoor access to rooms - it was set up like a motel, rather than a hotel with rooms opening to an interior hallway, the loud neighbors who talked, laughed, & smoked outside our door until 2 in the morning (where smoke got into our room through the AC system & the hole under the door & we both have breathing issues so we got a non-smoking room) - not much we could do about that, the lack of a smoke alarm, the lack of a cover on the light in the bathroom, the loose flooring in the bedroom, the office chair was dirty, the fact that the tv was on when we first walked into the room. If you are a risk taker, or really need to save money, go ahead & stay here, but if you can afford to pay a little more, you should.

I’ve stayed at Quality Inn numerous times. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy and I love that they have a laundry room. Staff is courteous and always helpful. Great reasonable rates and hotel is convenient right off the highway which is always a plus.

My stay is always pleasant. Ms. Sunitha greetings me by my name and is efficient and fast. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with towels, tissue, and toiletries. The room is comfortable and so are the beds. The property is usually always packed but the noise remains at a minimum. The staff is courteous and friendly . Will always be my go to hotel. My home away from home.
