Room needed a little updating. but the hotel is closing down in a few months. Staff was very nice and professional. My wife did leave an article of clothing that no one seems to have found after we left.

Based on the fact that my friends and I will never get to stay here due to poor planning and communication by this hotel, it’s only right that I give it one star. But it’s not like the one star review will make a difference because they’re SHUTTING DOWN…literally in over a week on Sunday, March 13th, per an email my friend received (she reserved the hotel rooms) TODAY! Not only were the rooms at this hotel booked months ago, they were booked for the biggest festival weekend in April. The only thing sent was a vague email with no additional options or assistance given. Poor customer service. We’ve never experienced anything like this. We would like to hear from the corporate office, but we probably won’t since this review page will be closed in a matter of DAYS. What a mess. Now we’re left scrambling to find another place after we did our part early on. Surely Hyatt didn’t just find out today that their hotel would be closing permanently. I’m not sure who dropped the ball, but the customers shouldn’t have to pay for it.

I always enjoy our stay here!! We have stayed numerous times since 2017 for various reasons. It's pet friendly and that's another big plus because our small dog travels with us. The rooms and common areas are always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good....they offer a few snacks (which are delicious) and water and soft drinks for sale at the front desk....wish they could go back to selling beer at the front desk....I'm assuming covid changed that......but there is a small refrigerator in the room....

It's an excellent and very comfortable place. Also they give you a truly delicious Buffet selection breakfast. I didn't give it five stars because that's the maximum I have to save that for the extreme hotels but this is a fine Place comfortable. And the room is composed of both a bedroom area and the living room sitting area and the little desk area all together. Quite comfortable and spaces room for just a hotel room.
