Kyle Brown was amazing with our estate planning. He was so thorough, knowledgeable and patient. He walked us through every step and document. He truly made the process so easy - I'm not sure why we didn't do it sooner? I would absolutely recommend Brown and Hobkirk for your estate planning needs!

I have to retract my statement. While on his first vacation in 3 years Rob Hobkirk called me personally interrupting his long awaited time away. I must say the attorney Hobkirk is a gentleman and has a way to smooth over the rough spots! That’s not an easy feet! Unfortunately, I did not get to speak to Attorney Hobkirk directly today; hence I misspoke on this review. Attorney Hobkirk and I will reconvene after his vacation. Please excuse my first impression it was hasty and I apologize. I look forward to chatting with Rob in the near future. Thank you! Disregard this part of the review!Rude, rushed me and overpriced. No heart at all here! Money Money Money!

We heard about Robert Hobkirk through our prepaid legal plan when we needed assistance with probate for my deceased Brother's estate. We took a chance that he would be the lawyer that could handle the probate, etc. He was compassionate towards me as I was in shock and grieving the sudden death of my Brother. He explained all the details of what would need to done. He practically did everything and I only had to sign the necessary paperwork upon my approval. I did not have to go downtown to the courthouse! If you want or need a lawyer who is easy to talk to and completes the necessary steps in your case, please put trust (and ease your mind) in Robert Hobkirk. My husband and I at a later time went back to Robert Hobkirk to help us finalize our estate planning. He has done an excellent job of explaining the options we have, especially how to handle inheritance for our special needs daughter.
