Madison Meadows has really gone downhill over the past year. Poor quality food, not enough staff members. Many updates are needed to include carpet, apartment doors, toilets, slow draining sinks, washers/dryers in need of repair and a damaged facility sign. It would be great if they would provide a national corporation contact number that actually worked. They really don’t give people a good way to share concerns. Every time I shared a concern at the front desk, I was given an excuse.

I moved in last Juky, 2021. It was okay. Other than Covid and a 10 day quarantine right after Chtustmas, this was a happy place. Let's hope it gets back to that place. More employees would help.

If it's for seniors, for senior living, how can they charge so much??? What senior can afford to pay this $1700+ for a studio apartment? This must be a retirement for rich seniors...

As long as don't need assistance as far as getting in and out of bed you'll be fine. There are plenty of residents that are in scouters and walkers and are get happy living there. If you would like more information i would suggest talking to Lidia, head of sales, Molly, assistant general manager, or Bill, general manager and they can give you more information and set you up for a visit.

Should call and ask for. Molly, Lydia or Bill.. All work in administrative office of complex. They would have proper estimates..
My mom's rent $1400 and that includes meals but each place is different.
