Online Order. When I contact them to inform them that I have an issue with an incomplete Order, I never get a response….how can speak to someone in that company that can help me resolve this problem. Not a bot , but a teal person……..terrible!

There are other AF Supply places. I would suggest not visiting this one. The showroom is open but requires an appointment to get any prices or information. I had just walked in on a Friday morning and the receptionist was very helpful. She said the sales person would be back shortly. Even though there was no one in the showroom I was told I could not be helped even though the young saleswoman was on her cell phone for the 40 minutes that I was in the store. The receptionist was going to get me some prices but was told she could not by the saleswoman. I inquired about an appointment and was told I would have to make one for next week. I understand the protocol but finding prices for four items didn’t seem that time consuming.

I have been coming here for many years, I have no complains whatsoever. April is hands down the best. She has been nothing but helpful and showed great customer service to me and my clients. I am a contractor based here on Long Island and I have used quite a few different plumbing retailers. Since I have been using AF liberty (April) my life has been so much easier. She is the definition of a consummate professional. Answers emails within minutes, extremely knowledgably of all her products, and helps me package bathroom and kitchen products with ease. Out of 5 stars I would give her 6.
