Do not get hay from them. The quality is horrible. Barely green. Mostly brown. And when I called they said “that’s the color”. I’ve gotten hay for years and oxbow is way better. I PAID $30 for delivery and they left it outside and DID NOT even call to let me know it was outside…had it rained ALLL of it would’ve been ruined. Sad part is…all they had to do was walk a few extra steps to leave it inside past the front door so it wouldn’t be exposed to the elements (they don’t bag it understandably). Waste of money. Now I have to pay extra to correct the issue myself. Don’t advertise quality hay on your website if it’s not. UPDATE: I called again and spoke to a supervisor who was empathetic and understanding. I was able to get a refund issued. If you order-I suggest picking out and picking up your own bale.

Always a pleasant shopping experience, I am always treated very well by the staff and they are all very helpful. The people who work here really care about animals, so it’s an easy decision to want to shop here!
