I went here to get a notary signed and Nina was very helpful and provided great customer skills. She also informed me that I should remember to not fill out the notary page, which was very helpful information. I only gave it 4 stars because I felt the price of the notary was a little expensive, in my opinion. Overall, they did a good job.

Was "helped" by Bailey. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Hate going out of my way to write a review, but with that level of customer service, UPS and the management at this store should really teach their employees basic customer service etiquette.

I honestly dont know why this store is rated so low. I'm here 2-3 times a month with various printing, amazon return and shipping jobs and they have always done a great job. They know me by name and I've always had positive interactions with all the employees. I will go out of my way to go here rather than other UPS stores

Where to start.... Well seeing this place is a 3.8 star I should not be surprised by the terrible customer service not only my wife but, also I received tonight by the 2 gentlemen working. They both seem very annoyed for non 60 customers to be sending packages to their business. Like its that difficult to look for a package from a non 60 customer that get delivered to your UPS store and complain to me about how customers are not paying the $5 charge Last time I checked I always pay $5 to support a local business that's why i was sending my packages to your business but, not anymore. And just a fYI i run one of the biggest shipping receiving businesses in the state. Your jobs pretty easy so show some respect to the customer who pay your bills.
