They have a sign on the door that says if you come in without a mask and leave a package on the counter it will be thrown away. I have no issue wearing a mask but that is absolutely unacceptable. I can NOT believe UPS allows store owners to behave like that.

Absolutely the worst shipping experience I have ever experienced. Refused to drop off my package at my house. Didn’t tell me the location wasn’t “accessible” and held my package for 3 days on a shipping truck AFTER PAYING for it to be moved to a “access point”. Waited the whole weekend to be told on Monday that it still isn’t at the access point. Absolutely unbelievable.
