The worst shipping carrier, I won't use again. Dropped package off at the store before 4:30pm for 24-hour express guaranteed delivery to California. The package got delayed at the Tennessee hub, so it wouldn't make the scheduled delivery time on Friday. Instead of delivering it on Saturday, like UPS or USPS would have done, they sat on the package 8 miles from the destination until TUESDAY of the following week because of the 4th of July holiday. My 24-hour package ended up being a 5-day delivery and arrived too late for what the customer needed. I spent so much time on the phone and spoke to multiple agents over the phone, I was told something different from each person. Just disgusted with their business model. They know they have small businesses over the barrel and could care less about the down line effects of how their business affects mine.... So, I am off to USPS right now to mail a package. They are not perfect, but I have never had a package lost or delayed with them.

I always use Canva to do my prints but decided to try Canva with FedEx this time. My Canva prints are always edge to edge with a high quality paper. This is what I paid for this time, what I got was a print with white borders and a thin, see-through paper. It was home quality. The lazy male FedEx rep just shrugged and said thats how it was. He walked over 10 ft to get the box, couldn’t be bothered to bring it back where we checked out and said come here and just dumped this box of garbage print on me. He wasn’t willing to help or discuss anymore. I’m having to talk to Canva directly.

I’ve been here a handful of times and every single time there is an issue with something. After going through the reviews I feel validated that this isn’t my single handed experience, it’s a collective. Whether that be an unpleasant worker who clearly hates their life and is miserable, difficultly communicating and just getting orders finished incomplete or incorrect. I was charged roughly $180 to get baby shower invites/card games filled out on cardstock paper, had to pay a rush fee and when I picked them up they only had 1/3 of the total documents actually printed. Anytime I’ve had an order they try to charge this “rush fee” when all that’s being asked is simple print- DO NOT LET THEM CHARGE YOU FOR THAT! I’m a pretty chill and understanding customer, this is my first negative review but I genuinely feel like this issue within the business needs to be addressed(matt+management)I’ve yet to have a good experience here so I will be getting these services done literally anywhere else.

They have multiple printers and copiers available, and the staff are cheerful and happy to help.
I'd give them a call. That would be your best bet.
