We were Mister Carwash members. It was so ridiculously hard to get into and out of the valley location and the was was always terrible. We usually went through twice. I don’t have time for that. Although we live in Otis Orchard, by the state line and Mister was much closer for us, it is worth the trip to Metro down by Costco. We LOVE Metro! It’s easy to navigate and the wash is 100 times better. My car is totally clean; not half clean. The cost for a monthly membership is the same or less than Mister with a much better result. The staff is kind, clean, professional. So glad we found them for my SUV & my husbands truck.

Wow! Best wash in town!!!! I used to have a membership with the "other guys" car wash locations in town, but after such poor experiences time and time again, I cancelled my membership and decided to start looking for a better outfit. WELL, I found it!!!! THIS CAR WASH IS IT!!! My car is literally sparkling and my windows usually only look this clean after I wipe them down. This car wash even cleaned, rinsed, and dried the top portion of my rear window that usually is always blocked by the spoiler!!! FANTASTIC!!

They tore off a part of our car. We drove from VA to WA and this was the first time we went to get it washed....... Now today is 3/16/2022..... No response after I reached out to the manager.... AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE!!! Now it is 3/22/22 they refuse to speak with me, they will not pay the autobody shop..... DO NOT COME HERE!

Metro Express is convenient and fast. Service is friendly and helpful. I paid for a membership online and when I went back to use the membership the first time, the manager helping me gave me the “special” they were running and lowered the price by $10/mo! I like that the vacuums are FREE and they have a machine that you can run your mats through that washes them….again-FREE. I am very happy with my unlimited package and look forward to summer and my shiny Subaru!
