We adore their cuisine! The staff is always quite polite. The box we received with our food purchase caught us off guard because it contained uncooked chicken, salsas, tomatoes, potatoes, and a bag of rice. Wow, that's really lovely, especially in these trying times! God be praised for their generosity!

Not worth the money if your ordering the meal with 3 sides and a whole chicken. The chicken is burnt here .no flavor.microwaved tortillas. Its better eating at a pollo loco than here.waste of money.

This place is just ok now. It was much better when it was Juan Pollo, while the rotisserie chicken is not bad, what has changed is the service. The service now is horrible. The employees don’t seem to care about the customer. During my most recent visit, I asked for some simple salt pockets, I was rudely told I had ONE included in my meal and I couldn’t get more. Same thing with the salsa under Juan Pollo you were given one, two if asked, now don’t dare ask for extra. Even when offering to purchase it you get resistance. It is sad to see a nice little restaurant start heading in the wrong direction.
