Great Quest location. Staff gets the test done quickly and considering the situation basically painless! I 100% recommend to make an appointment when you are able to. In and out within 30 minutes if you do!

They are OK. They get the job done but have a lot of room for improvement. Appointments are hard to get, staff can use cust service training, phlebotomist need some more experiance

Worst customer service ever!!! The lady checking patients in was very rude. I usually don't complain because I work in customer service so I know how it is, but her attitude really was bad. I understand that you need to wait if you don't have an appointment but after waiting patiently for over 3 hours, and being the 2nd in line, to be told that they cannot see you because it's getting close to closing (they still had 20 more minutes) was not right. The way she talked to everyone was unacceptable. DON'T come here if you don't have an appointment.

Staff was very rude and unprofessional. I too am in the medical profession and we would NEVER treat patients like this. Patients are uneasy doing anything medical and it should be the medical professionals responsibility to put the patient at ease. That would mean actually communicating with the patient, which didn't occur, at all. No greeting, no introduction, totally ignored. When I did ask a question, one word answer, with attitude. Very rude. Horrible experienced.
