I went in yesterday to see if I wanted to make the switch to T-MOBILE and the ladies up front were so helpful! They explained how the switch would work, they were super friendly, accommodating in answering all my questions and we made the switch happen. It was a super easy process and I even got an upgrade on my phone. Thank you so much to those ladies!!

Complete waste of time.... I talked to customer service on a Saturday to request a replacement phone because charging port on phone wasn’t working... they sent it to this store and was suppose to arrive Tuesday and they would notify me.... so Tuesday comes around I get no phone call or email or txt... next day Wednesday i try calling them was put on hold for a while then they say it hasn’t arrived but the person didn’t seem to helpful either while on the phone .. So thursday i still don’t get call or email or txt so I decide to go in myself and turns out the phone was there since Tuesday.. I asked what info they had on file and everything was there so now I got to wait another day or two just to process this order. Don’t waste your time and save your self a headache and go to anyother location besides this one.

Went in for a payment during my lunch and was immediately greeted by the manager and told me he would log my name in on some list and would be about 5 minutes. Jaime came over to help me a couple minutes later and was very friendly and told me about a tablet promotion they had going. I've been wanting to get one for my girlfriend but told him I was on my lunch. Long story short I walked out with a new tablet in under 15 minutes and couldnt have asked for better service. This is a very clean, well ran store. As a branch manager myself I appreciate things like that. I'll make sure to make this my new go to spot.

Just came to pay my phone bill ..when I walked in I said hi but nobody responded and then continued helping there customers. So i waited for help ..i seen 1 girl using her phone and another guy making joke with his friend in back..other customers walked in and got a Hi welcome we will be right with you ..i waited about 1 hour before I was asked by Brian for help ...then i was finally helped ...this place makes you feel very uncomfortable whem ypu have to pay your phone bill ..i will never come back to this place to pay my phone bill here never again ..this place diacriminates people with tattoos. This place has BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE espicially the girls that work hera are very rude and rascist

It happens. Sometimes the younger generation is preoccupied and doesn't acknowledge. However don't blame all the employees because some of them really go out of their way.
