Please do not bring your car here. I was sent here by Geico and brought my car in on June 14th due to a minor rear end collision. I will attach images. The parts were in that same week, as of today August 8th almost 2 months later my car is still not done. It took 3 weeks before my car began to be worked on. Then it spent over 2 weeks in the paint department. After being reassembled for a week it still isn’t completed. I am not sure if the technicians are inexperienced or over worked but either way the customers will suffer for it. If you want your car to be fixed do not bring it in. *UPDATE* I got my vehicle back and a number of things are wrong with it. The rear sensors do not work, the bumper was not installed correctly, they managed to lose my trunk cover, and scratched the paint by the quarter panel and bumper when installing the bumper. 2 months of waiting for more disappointment

Was referred by Geico and this shop is the worst all I needed was a new bumper and paint with a dent on the trunk dropped off the car and 3 weeks later car was supposedly done went to go check it out paint had pits and was not wet sanded or buffed and worst of all the entire car had over spray from the clear coat and these white spots on the car they ended up polishing the car burned the paint ruined my paint job did a bad job and left thick clear on the edges of my trunk pls don’t come to this place you will retreat it trust me

Was sent her by Geico for repairs on a damaged bumber. Minor pull from bumber maybe afew broken brackets from the bumper from the front driver side and some paint scuffs/ scratches. Car was dropped of on 10/14/21 writting this on 11/29/21 still have the car at the shop. I get the possibility of them being over booked but to wait an entire month and half for a bumper repair is ridiculous. Jennifer and Nicole are professional and understanding only thing good about this place. Called today for an update to be told a headlight to my car was misplaced and is the only thing delaying my car for pick up!! Lack of communication from “technicians” and front desk. I was given 3 different dates of when car would be ready (11/10–11/18— 11/26) all 3 times there was delay and change of date

This place was hard to find. There are so many cars around the business that I could not find it. I asked around and finally found it. There were two ladies at the front desk. I was there alone with another person and arrived early, about 15 minutes and was told to wait. I had no problem waiting but the issue was the rep that came out. She said she would take a few pictures of my car and I would be on my way. Tell me why she took like 3 pictures and said you're done. She didn't even take close up pictures of my car, to show the damage done to my car. I can see why the ratings are low.

Their CS is really good but not very happy with my car. They had it since 11/27 and I barely got it back on Friday with a long list of issuse that were supposedly fixed.
