Nobody was at the front counter waited there for about 45 minutes while having a bunch of people walking past and looking at us not asking if we needed help or anything about three more people showed up and then finally the lady that was supposed to be at the counter and got off her lunch. They really need to have a bell or something to let them know when people are there it was just ridiculous

They keep delaying my package, 40$+ for 7 day shipping? Unacceptable.The cherry on top is that you have to pay 7.99 just to pickup or hold at package at a local shipping office. Never doing business with them again. Fedex Express is more consideredate of their customers.

Typical UPS facility staff is very friendly. Parking lots very busy place so finding parking might be difficult to find front row seat. But all in all not too bad. It's kind of tucked away off the main street but still easily accessible they close to pick up packages at 5:00 but they open back up at 6:30 to 8:30

I'm a former employee at UPS and I feel that it is my responsibility to let the public know how UPS treats their customers packages and employees. if you're a customer shipping something important through UPS I would use FedEx! After working as a package handler with UPS I realized shortly after being hired that UPS does not care about their customers property; they throw packages, smash packages, drop packages, regardless if the package says fragile, hazardous, or handle with care. I've even seen handlers kick packages like they were kicking a field goal. All UPS cares about is moving at a fast pace just to get the packages into the truck to save time and cost. Along with not caring about their customers property, they also treat their employees as if we were cattle. I was injured on the job and have not been able to work for the last three months and a manager by the name of Mark has done everything he can to derail my workers comp claim; this includes making up stories that other employees told him which were stories he made up. I would not work for them or do business with them or the teamsters Union the local 069 go to FedEx

You would have to set up a pick up, but yes ups can pick it up at your scheduled time.
Call UPS 888 742 5877 with the tracking number and ask to have them move your package to will call they hopefully could give you a ETA as to when it would be ready.
Just be patient it'll get to you soon. The mountain passes have been closed all over delaying truck loads.
That's a no. I would take it to a UPS store. They can help you. We(I work for UPS)see probably 500 dish network returns every week. I'm not sure of Dish networks return policy is. Ask at the store. They will help
