The gentleman at the front desk is super professional and his follow through always gives me pause and realize that customer service is a lost art, but is in full supply with him. Also Mr Brian is a great teacher and has given my kid the confidence to swim and to be more proficient.

This is a nice facility. At the same time, it's embarrassing that the city / metro area of this size does not have more 25m x 50m pools. Eastern European third world cities that were bombed to the ground multiple times in the 21st century have more and nicer facilities than Columbus.

It's $1 for a card if you don't have one already and then $1 per swim

Yes but not sure of temp...guess would be low 80s
Go to Columbus parks and recreation website, link about summer schedule
Parents pay a fee for lessons! I'm not sure if parents pay to enter each visit. You should call them or go to the websites to see when the next classes start!
There is not a specific class for arthritis; however as Mary said the senior water aerobics would be good and accommodating to arthritis needs.
You'll have to contact the center for that information ma'am!
Yes, Columbus Aquatic Center is open to the public. You will need a Leisure Card. Follow this link for further information. https://www.columbus.gov/recreationandparks/about-us/Leisure-Cards/
Go to the website I think it's under Columbus aquatic center
All lifeguards go to different outdoor pools for the summer so the indoor pool closes. It's open from Labor Day to Memorial Day.
For the Aquatic Center, they make them for you at the front desk. It costs $1 at the desk for a leisure pass and $1 per day that you swim. For the outdoor pools, I'm not entirely sure.
