This UPS affiliate store scores a huge zero for customer service. Had damaged freight. UPS stated a claim has to be filed where the item was shipped. Found out the affiliate stores are private entities contracted with UPS. Neither business would call back or e-mail. Terrible customer service. I’ve been down this road more than once with no success. There should be a class action lawsuit against companies who misrepresent the public.

Should update your hours on Google. I arrived at the store at 6:15 on Thursday because Google said you were open till 7 and you closed at 6. Then had another package that couldn't be delivered because of a signature being required and was being held at your facility and the hours on Google said you were open till 5 when you are closed on Sundays

Happy to deliver 3 packages to our North Spokane UPS store at noon today. Nice young man was so kind and helpful to even carry in 2 boxes after opening the door. Glad I was there early and 1st in line as 5 more people soon arrived. I reccomend their excellent service and am grateful for the secure and safe mailing of gifts to my family.
