The hotel reminded me of a old fashioned phrase “you get what you pay for.” I came in for a convention and the hotel prices were lower than the downtown hotels and air B and B. Location is great. Quick drive to downtown Raleigh and the arena. Uber rides to downtown Raleigh were only $10. Things were quiet during my stay, but I wouldn’t leave valuables in your car. The hotel claims to be smoke free, but it couldn’t shake off the years of people smoking inside and current guests smoking weed. Didn’t get housekeeping the entire time I was there. Read positive things about the breakfast, but it only lasted till 9 am weekdays and 10 am on weekends. I feel that those hours are too early if you’re on vacation and sleeping in. If I come back to Raleigh, I’ll definitely stay elsewhere.

Busy lot, people always walking around...little sketchy being that it was super late hours. Room was clean and comfy but no microwave or fridge. Great hot breakfast in the morning and my kids loved that the pool was never busy so they had so much freedom. The front desk staff was great!!!

I thought this place was great for the price honestly. The rooms are clean and updated. I liked that I could park my car right in front of my rooms window, that gave me a great sense of security. The only thing I didn’t care for was on the doors was exit only and it would’ve been extremely beneficial if it was used as an entrance as well. Other than that, no complaints.

Very poor experience. My room smelled sour and after 2 days I found mold on the walls near the AC unit. MOLD! I told the front desk staff and I was told they could change my room but they didn’t have double beds available and I would be moved to a room in another building. When the housekeeper came to “treat” the mold while we (I had my young kids with me) we’re waiting, the housekeeper started spraying the wrong wall with Microban. She didn’t even ask upon entering were the affected area was, just sprayed the wall and wiped. I directed her to the moldy area and she didn’t even clean it well! The front desk staff kept stating the manager was unavailable but would follow up with me and he never did. Horrible experience! I do not recommend at ALL!!! I wish I could post the pictures to this review!

No.....if you book online what they do is ask you for a credit card to secure your reservation. You pay once you get there....also they charge an incidental fee of $50....but they quickly return that to you provided there are no damages. They are really nice. Hope this helps.😊
They have a fridge in room. Microwave ?? They serve breakfast...
