Anthony the manager was on a boat when I called to get some help. I could hear the frustration in his voice. I asked if he needed to call me back & he said it was his 5th call about the hotel. I sorry that you guys don't have any managers on duty. That's not my fault. My card was charged but it showed denied on their end. The 2 girls at the front( Monica & Serena) we very dismissive as well. My account is pending for the hotel but she says it never went through. The service was horrible. Would not recommend. I will dispute the charges with my bank since I never stayed

Very nice hotel in the heart of Raleigh North hills. If you are staying on a lower floor of the hotel looking towards the busy street with bars and restaurants, there is a tendency that it could be a bit noisy in the room - especially on the weekends. The service is really friendly and outgoing! The breakfast is delicious. One weakness is that there are not many gluten free options for breakfast - so if you are on a gluten free diet there won't be many carb options (no gluten free bread, oats, cereals) for you for breakfast. Nevertheless, fruits, cheese, meat and eggs are still a delicious option.

We had booked 16 rooms at the hotel and it was probably the worst hotel experience we have had. I highly recommend that if you want to put a group at this property that you avoid at all costs. This hotel will completely wreck your stay. We were supposed to have bus parking secured as part of our deal for our group and the hotel completely disregarded it offered us parking a mile away, when we said that wouldn't work it took 12 hrs and we will still had to park 1000 feet away. They also changed our room types without talking to us and then threw away keys we had the front desk. Sales team was adamant they would doing nothing in post to make up for the inconveniences. AVOID GROUP STAYS HERE AT ALL COSTS.

The place seems to be trying hard to keep things cheap, while disguising this fact as modern elegance and simplicity. The room has an Ikea-like open coat rack rather than a closet. And the bench/shelf/desk thing across from the bed looks like Motel 6 with some accent lights added. In fairness: it's clean; it's convenient; the desk clerks are friendly enough. But I couldn't begin to imagine anybody thinking of this place fondly.
