This was my first time staying at the Residence Inn in Raleigh during GalaxyCon Raleigh and honestly I was incredibly impressed by everything. From the incredible and friendly staff, to the delicious food that never failed to impress, to the amazing rooms. Everything was a joy and a memory at this location. My only gripe was that the silverware in the room I stayed in was still dirty from the last residents, but I don't hold the hotel accountable on that. That's more so the disgusting habits of other people who apparently have no etiquette or proper upbringing. Other than that, I wasn't a huge fan of the pillows on the bed or how firm it was, but I've always been a picky person on both of those when I visit hotels so no points lost there! Honestly the staff were probably the greatest part of the stay with how openly friendly they all were, even engaging in friendly conversations on a daily basis no matter the time! I would absolutely love to come back to this location for next year!

We would like to thank the entire Staff at the Residence Inn for such excellent experience this past weekend. Our wedding event went without a hitch, and your facility was a big part of that. From the cordial people working the front desk; to the housekeeping staff; to the friendly people at your bar and restaurant- it was all great! We loved the hotel rooms, and the decks at the bar and breakfast area were also awesome! We will heartily recommend your hotel for anyone in the future

I was a guest for a wedding in the area. We had a king suite, great size, plenty of space to spread out. The full kitchen is a nice touch. I found the bed comfortable. The staff was incredible! Very friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel was very clean. We only dined in the morning for breakfast and they did a pretty good buffet style breakfast. The staff in the dining room was also very friendly. Parking is behind the hotel in the garage, and while i was thinking it was going to be a hassle. There is a entrance to the hotel from the garage on the 3rd floor that made things very easy to come and go whenever we wanted. Location to the city center and activities is prefect. Easy walk to all the good stuff. All the things you want from a hotel for your stay in Raleigh!

The location is convenient to the convention center and downtown shops and restaurants. The perks are a free breakfast buffet and most rooms have a full kitchen. I give this location 4 stars because My room had a burnt food odor upon arrival and some fixtures had more wear and tear than normal (my lamp was broken). Overall a good place to stay.
