Rooms were clean. Great staff. The bell personnel were 5 stars. No microwave or fridge in the room. Upon request I received a fridge. Had to go to the lobby to warm snacks and dinner. The hotel restaurant was great. Breakfast buffet was a value for a hotel.

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding in early May. The hotel was not prepared for the number of weddings going on plus a prom. We never had house keeping service the 3 days we were there & I learned too late you had to ask for it. We had 2 bath towels that were never replaced. I had to flag a housekeeper down in the hall to get a clean one. Garbage was not emptied unless you put it in the hallway. My bathroom had no counter space & there were no in room refrigerators. I only saw 2 of 3 elevators working so on the weekend the wait time for an elevator was long. There were several front desk requests there were missed. It’s a great location & the staff I interacted with were nice & doing their best. The woman that worked in the lobby coffee bar was fantastic!!

I traveled here on business, so thankfully I didn't have to pay the bill. Next time I'll stay anywhere but here. The bathroom door had yellow brown material smeared across it, the floor turned into a black mess when wet, other patrons' hair could be found everywhere in the room. After consulting with a travel colleague to discover this is apparently the standard at this facility, I saw there is clearly a leadership problem here. This is a disgrace to the property's brand name. The front desk staff were pleasant, although not especially efficient and could likely do with some training. The restaurant in the property was great, quite up to my expectations. The chefs are to be commended and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This Sheraton has surely seen better days and unfortunately basic cleanliness is not a priority. Club level rooms have never bed/headboards and an eclectic mix of toiletries. Lounge is very very basic, but the snacks are decent and staff is very kind, so if you are already here, I recommend upgrading. Poor soundproofing offers extra entertainment, however also poor sleep. Not where I would stay again by choice.
