Would never recommend this property. Moved out April 28th and had a move out inspection on April 23rd with Makayla who stated the apartment was spotless. The customer service is absolute garbage. They said because Makayla is not working there anymore, my move out inspection is not credible. Unable to see how that is the tenants problem if the move out inspection was completed. They also are very unorganized. I spoke to Noah, Ronnie, and Makayla and during the process and now they are all clueless as to what I am speaking of. Unprofessional

This is what one of the closets in the apartment looks like. We’ve asked to get it fixed or even switched apartments but they said it was no big deal and painted over it. We are now trying to move out and they’re trying to figure out how to blame us for it. They also changed over property management and lost all of our paperwork regarding our notice to vacate. They are tying to say we owe 2 more months of rent when our lease is already up. After trying to talk to the so called manager on duty all she was trying to do was argue. As a manger she was not trying to resolve any issue. If you decide to move here get the walls and the interior of the apartment checked all the maintenance team does is put bandaids on things. There’s no actually fixing nor does it seem like like they know what they’re actually doing.

MOLD, MOLD, MOLD. We moved out a few years ago due to having a lot of issues in our first apartment with a roof leak, going to another building and finding mold all in our closets a few months after moving in. The management at the time had sent mold remediation folks in to rip out the walls (while we lived there) and they found inadequate insulation in the walls. It’s very clear that the buildings were not of high build quality. Talking with other residents at the time revealed that many people have also had mold issues. We were able to break our lease thankfully and get out of there, but my wife and I still jokingly refer to it as SummerMold at Falls River

Great location. Unfortunately had mold growing in our closet. Ruined about $500 worth of clothes, shoes, pillows, and other items that were in our closet. The people at Summermill didn't feel responsible, even though our renters insurance seemed to think they were. So we were just kind of screwed. Their way of fixing the mold was to paint over it, honestly wish I could warn the people that moved in after us. Had a great time living there until this. Now I cannot recommend.
