Do you enjoy being treated like dirt? Do you enjoy living in a “community” where the property management doesn’t care about you or your apartment? If so, the Mark is for you. This place used to be halfway decent until the new management took over. If you have a maintenance issue, don’t expect it to get fixed. Our dryer has been broken for three weeks and despite numerous visits to the office and work orders, nobody does anything! Every time we ask them to fix it they say there’s too many “emergencies” so they can’t get to it. Which is funny considering I see the maintenance guys visiting every building except ours. Management will lie to you, and bury their heads in the sand to avoid doing their jobs. Take your business ANYWHERE other than The Mark. The management here has completely forgotten that they are in a service industry and they do not care about you or doing the right thing.

As a current resident and someone who signed on to live here for a 4th year I regret it!!! The pool isn't open yet and was told it won't even be open by father's day! They can't even give you a date when it will open. Would not be surprised if it doesn't open this summer honestly. The 48 hour maintenance promise is a lie took 4 work orders to get my ac fixed and they never finished. I patched and painted there holes myself. They didn't even clean up after themselfs. The other reviews on maintenance is correct obviously they don't maintain there grounds enough to open a pool in a timely manner! The tennis Courts are covered with weeds honestly the idea that they make it sound like a world class resort is laughable. They are a tad bit lower priced than others in the area but Don't let the costs fool you as the amenities fee is huge 100 for cable and internet and your not getting anything substantial for total amenities fees around 190! Altogether not worth even considering! Don't wast your time.

I have been with this apartment complex going on my 2nd year and i must say that it has been an experience, but not one that i would say is horrifying. The only issue I feel makes the complex questionable, is maintenance. I believe that is something that can be fix by having good quality workers and maintenance management who can manage. But I also, look at both sides of the coin when it comes to making judgement. Because I believe that we each have to be accountable in keeping the environment clean, safe and secure whether it be on the inside or the outside. The management staff in the office (shot out to Levida, Kristie & all the other staff I talk to 😊) are very hospitable, kind and always a joy to communicate with, when it comes to my concerns. I truly believe that they genuinely do what they can do within their control. I rate the Mark at a 5, because it's still a good quality apartment complex that you will feel safe and secure of your surroundings, which is #1 on my list of living somewhere. When you can walk your dog, sit on your balcony with a glass of wine 😊 while listening to the bird's chirp, exercise and have an overall sense of security and safety of where you live, that is good quality. Anything that may disturb the peace or safety of this community they immediately take care of it and i truly appreciate that. Also, I believe it is thought out carefully of who they allow in the community, because the people in the community are overall good people who just want to live in a safe, clean and peaceful environment. So, thanks Mark apartments for being thoughtful, caring and selective to this community of tenants who just want to live in a clean, safe, secure and most importantly peaceful environment.

This place is a perfect option if you love having MULTIPLE floods (one that was more than an inch deep throughout the whole apartment) that damage your carpet and being told a multitude of excuses why they can't replace the soiled carpet so you get to sleep in a room that smells of mildew for months. If you like having to cancel your water cooler service because you found a nest of roaches living inside of it and in the cracks of all of your walls, you'll love this place! If you love taking out all your stuff and your pets for several hours so they can fumigate and still nothing gets better, this is that place. If you think it's fun to watch maintaince spray paint mold in the windowsills right in front of you after you complain about them then this is really the place for you. All for the low price of more than my friends pay on their 3,000 sq. ft. mortgage! Unfortunately, I am not the person who loves that. I can't wait to move out.
