I have resided here for about a year now and over the last few months, I have seen major improvements in how the property is being maintained and managed. Bianca and Lydia have shown sincere interest and concern with my questions and request in a timely manner, and I greatly appreciate it.

The apartment was fine but the smell of marijuana coming from other apartments is awful. Some people don’t clean up after their dogs so watch where you walk if you have your own dog. The mailboxes need to be updated and mailroom door isn’t to secure. Management needs to be more involved. Maintenance was good by showing up promptly when there was an issue. Garbage and recycling area at times was overflowing and a complete mess. There needs to be more accountability and the rules need to be enforced to stop people from leaving their garbage by their front doors for days before taking it to the dumpster.

Be very cautious living here - I would not let anyone I know live here. Apartment was dirty upon move in. Cockroaches and NEVER received pest control! We had broken heat for 2 months and a/c for a month in the middle of summer. They never fixed the a/c which was leaking freon, instead they made us wait until apartment was too hot to call them and wait another day or so and they would just recharge the unit instead of fixing it. Our water unit flooded the living room several times. All the maintenance quit the last month we lived there because of how bad it is there. The neighbors are nice and that's the only good thing. We had so many maintenance issues, little maintenance help because of understaffing, and when we moved out that are attempting to charge us $500 for stains underneath the carpet that we did not cause. They are trying to steal as much money from us after move in as possible. If you choose to live here, expect to fix and deep clean the whole apartment yourself, and DOCUMENT EVERYTHING - they will try to charge you excessively. We would of our calls ignored for months. No working dryer for over a month. The list could go on even more - please be very cautious!!
