Glorified ghetto!! People blast music all hours of the night, people throw trash in the streets, and maitenance takes multiple visits to fix one thing. My AC went out and I had to go 4 days without AC. The management and maitenance team are constantly changing. If you complain staff will begin ignoring your emails and even phone calls. For the price it’s not worth it!

We called maintenance due to the ac unit acting up. Within 20 minutes he was by 900 am on a Saturday. Morgan was very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to make sure it worked properly before leaving. We’ve enjoyed living here and are renewing the lease for another year.

I lived here for from January 2018 until January 2020. While here I've gone through 4 different sets of front office staff and managers. The most recent Mr Smith's team I do believe we're hands down the best. I moved Village at Town Center, initially for BLET at Raleigh PD it was extremely close to the training facility. The price was outstanding. The added fixtures, high ceilings, and open space made it a steal. Around the time I completed training, a few knuckle heads started staying with residence. They were the main ones, leaving garbage and other dumb things. However, the 3rd generation/ and most recent staff has pretty much put a stop to everything and cleaned up; There are also additional Officers from RPD who live close/live on site. Blue Line Friendly. My wife and I enjoyed our time here, I would have stayed if I didn't move out of town for work. They have developed a lot of programs for kids, gatherings at the lobby/pool for residence. It's a great place to live, safe and honest working people live and work here.

I have lived at this property since opening day. The property has went down extremely within 4 years. Trash is constantly piled looking terrible. Residents leave their pets feces on side walks. Siding above the doorway was removed and never replaced for 2 years. I informed property management several times and nothing still hasn't been done. Office staff is very rude. I recently informed them I was closing on my new home and needed to get out of my lease 3 weeks early and they were not willing to work with me.
