A great location and with great amenities. Apartment ts quiet, modern and comfortable. Easy to walk around the downtown businesses and restaurants. The apartment is close to NCState, Cameron Village and other shopping. Parks like Dix and other greenways are nearby. For a downtown apartment, access to the interstate is nearby.

Loving my time at the Gramercy. Great community events, nice leasing staff, amazing location and good amenities. Apartment is clean, well-priced (moved in during COVID), and any maintenance requests are quickly addressed.

I'm actually from Raleigh and I am extremely peculiar about where I live. I toured approximately 10 to 15 other apartment complexes in the area prior to choosing The Gramercy and I can't tell you how happy I am with the choice that I made. I have lived here now for over 2 years. It's easy to make friends, amenities are fantastic, and the pool is by far the best downtown. On top of that, the staff is innnncredible! Paige and Grady are a huge part of this places success. Amanda just started managing here, but she has done an awesome job thus far from what I can tell. Fernando in maintenance is on top of his game as far as keeping your unit maintained to original specs. Highly recommended! -JPeeps

I lived at The Gramercy for over a year and it is the best place I’ve ever lived at. The Leasing and Maintenance Staffs are always super friendly and personable and would always try their best to help when needed. Specifically for the leasing staff, you can’t get much better than Tyra and Alex; they genuinely do care about their residents. There is also a great sense of community with the residents and the staff, which you don’t find at most properties. They have awesome resident events and you cannot beat the location. The apartments are nicely kept and have great, new appliances. I loved being part of the Gram Fam and recommend you become part of it too!
