I live in Thomas Townhomes and basically pay them to get the grass cut because they don’t fix anything else. They will defer everything to you to fix even if it has nothing to do with you or tell you to get with the people who live beside you to pay it together. If I wanted to live in a stand alone house, I would have bought one instead of buying here. This is the second time they tried to have me fix something that had nothing to do with me. A building of 4 townhomes share sewage and the entire sewage system backed up and I was the unlucky one to have it flood my garage so now I have to deal with loss of washer and dryer and the plumbers bill to unclog the entire sewage, and the bill to clean biohazard material in my garage. If I had to choose again, I’d never live here.

Mr. Robert Shitman thinks he send violations to certain home owners. I have quite a few of these harassing letters. Lawn service comes once a week! Pic shows neighbors yard and hoa present has real violations.

This company is the worse! Stay away! Lady who answers the door has such an attitude our manager Avelino is nonexistent and could careless about our community. Disgraceful service is what this company gives you.
