I wasted $100 on application fees due to them asking for information that wasn’t required or listed as required prior to the process. I could go way out of my way to obtain said information but I wouldn’t even rent from them at this point so there’s no point. I can tell what kind of property management group they are just by this.

I wasted $100 on 2 rental applications because every adult over 18 had to put in an application. I was then asked for proof of rental such as lease and proof of on time payments for a property that I paid for in cash every month so I sent them a copy of the lease and they said I didn't pay enough rent at the property for them to count it as rental experience. Jordan, who I had email correspondence with was very unprofesaional in her emails and condescending. I just moved to Florida and already have a job here for the past 2 months and have been looking for a rental on the website it states that you have to have proof of a job in Florida if you are just moving here and proof of income that was 2.5x rent which I had and they denied me because I didn't have 1 year experience here then when I asked to speak to a manager she told me I need 3 years or employment experience. $100 wasted on being lied to and mislead. DO NOT RENT FROM.THIS COMPANY unless you want to be lied to. If I had known this Information prior to applying I would have never applied.

In 2016 I rented a home from them. I paid most of my lease off the day I moved in. I had a roommate and the office understood that the 7 months of rent that I was paying them took care of my part of the lease . 3 months into the situation the septic tank started spewing raw sewage into my home. There was a hundred year old oak tree that had large Roots driving through the plumbing and septic. The AC was also bad. They refuse to fix this in a timely manner and didn't attempt to make any effort until almost 3 months into our situation. I had to throw out all my furniture. I left on my own accord because I couldn't leave my children living in a condition like that and then 2019 they surprised me and put this on my credit that I owe them $8,000. Now as a single mom I get to explain a story every time I try to apply for a property. So now it is 2021 and five years later the worst real estate company in the world is still haunting me. I would run away from any property that they try to present to you unless you're a handy man or who's 100% okay with getting no service. I would give them -100 Stars if it was an option.
