Bad experience. Don't think it was the owner fault. Bad management and cleaning. My room had bedbugs so they moved me. Then it was a problem with my deposit where they were acting like they didn't want to give it back. Won't say again because they put me on the DNR list because I couldn't understand why everyday I stayed my rate went up. So no I wouldn't suggest staying here. Days inn next door is cheaper and nicer and have a bar🤷🏾♂️

The rooms were clean,the beds were clean, towels hung nicely. Nice wooden floors. Workers were super professional. For a Motel 6 I was impressed. There is even a pool! Definitely will come back again. Non smoking rooms are the best .

Adding to my past review. So, I put 5 stars like a month ago. Boy, was I wrong. On check-out day, didn’t get back my fiancées and I $31 they owed us for leaving before checkout day. They also made us pay a $100 security deposit since we have dogs that cover damages. We get told we aren’t getting it back now because there was a few small holes in a blanket and want to use the $31 they owe us as part of the damage fees too. $131 in damage fees for a hole in a blanket? Plus little bite marks on the bed frame? Little too extreme. Also, the shower head in our room was leaking and spraying to the ceiling every time we turned the water on. A few months ago our AC was malfunctioning in the room, we ask for maintenance people, and nobody ended up coming. Outside is a mad house mad there too. Dogs unleashed, little kids running around without parents nearby, people hang outside past midnight being loud and blasting music, etc. the office does nothing about it too. It’s also located right across from a night club so every Saturday night you can’t sleep because there’s blasting music until like 2am. The rudest worker there is probably Brian. My fiancée and I turn in our keys to leave, and he goes “ummm I need a receipt” and we say “for what” and he goes “the security deposit?” Very sarcastically then laughs at us. He goes checks the room for inspection and comes back about 20 minutes later saying “ok you’re not getting your deposit back the room is a mess. Have a nice day” forgetting to even process our $31 refund. I had to remind him. Very rude employee and I’ve had other complaints about him too. Neil, the owner works with you for payments, but makes a big deal about holes in a blanket and small damages from puppies in a PET FRIENDLY place. 1 star

Very basic, but at least it has a microwave and small fridge... Beds are a mattress sitting on a flat platform and as soon as you sit it slides around... Needs corner pieces to hold it in place. Windows are large and not very soundproof so people walking by and driving by can be heard easily... Sink had a huge crack in it and should have been replaced, they just filled it with caulking! But it is a room, clean and doesn't smell bad, so will work for us...

Its actually not a dump. They have remodeled and the rooms look amazing. Not sure about monthly pricing. Call and speak with the manager or the owner. They are very nice people
