Such a bummer AMC doesn't keep up with our small city theaters. Seats suck, things are falling apart, some movie rooms smell weird. Screen brightness is garbage. It feels damp in here and my seats felt it too. Something is wrong. Can we get some up keep here big wigs!!

Okay... so I had an experience here today that I had to share. We went to see Thor at the 2pm showing. On our way in, we ordered a large popcorn. After eating 1/4 or so of the bag, it was nothing more than popcorn crumbs... no full kernels and every time we tried to grab a few, they just fall all over us. So I went up to the counter, explained to one of the guys and showed him the bag. I asked if he wouldn't mind replacing it. He said he would and said it came with free refills anyway. So I was expecting him to throw out what we didn't eat and either give us a new bag or refill ours. Well... he took our bag over to the fresh popcorn, there was a big pile on the left and less on the right, dumped our bag out into the fresh popcorn on the right, moved it around with the scoop they have so the small pieces would fall through the grate on the bottom and refilled our bag and handed it back to me. I walked away from the counter and was thinking to myself, did he really just do that? And then I started to wonder how many other "leftovers" were dumped into the fresh popcorn that day and had been served to new customers... I can't imagine how many health code violations he broke, especially with Covid still being an issue. It made me feel as if my family had been eating out of a dumpster and I've been physically ill since. I'm still shocked that someone would do something like this... It was our first and last time we will ever visit here.

Pretty decent movie but the popcorn and drink prices are ridiculous. The theater itself could use some updating and wth is with you going to see a 3d film and these idiots want you to use used 3d glasses; are you for real have we not heard of something called covid? Really people take some responsibility in this world

I'd love better reclining chairs! Employees are really fast checking you out for concession items. They helped me with my items because I was packed for a group.
