The hotel was located surrounded by many restaurants and stores very convenient. We were out to celebrate my husbands cousins 20th year retirement from the Marine Corps . Also the breakfast very good choices especially the waffles 🧇 I especially want to shout Mrs. Virginia best kitchen customer service . Always asking is everything ok ? Do you need something ? You don’t even find that at a IHOP. I would come back if I am on the area again .

This hotel was clean and close to everything. The staff was so friendly. The ladies at breakfast were so sweet and helpful! Would highly recommend this hotel!

Met 2 people in the elevator, one woman in a Patriots Jersey and the other guy must’ve been her husband. I asked if they were Tom Brady fans and they said “no he doesn’t play for us anymore. We don’t root for him”… as a Brady/Patriots fan I was offended and they were sort of rude about it. They were on the 3rd floor. Rude customers and fake football fans!

I had a very long drive through bad weather, and I arrived around 3:00 a.m. I had contacted the hotel to let them know I would arrive after midnight, but unfortunately my room was deemed a "no show" by the nightly audit and not immediately available. The lady on duty during these wee hours was very nice and worked hard to rectify the problem. The room was very nice, clean and a great value, and the hot breakfast was much better than average complimentary breakfasts. The staff was very professional and hospitable, and made the stay very nice.
