Loretta our bartender bends over backwards to serve you! The Hilton is soooo lucky to have her as an employee (also shout out to the stellar kitchen staff!!! They are incredible) who would have thought we could have been so lucky to meet such amazing kind hearted and hospitable people :) Go see Loretta at the bar she is irreplaceable!

Positive: The hotel was clean, in a good location and had an indoor pool (which was nice despite it he fact it closes at 10pm). Negative: The TV in our room had only one channel that worked, and it was ESPN classic at that (no, I don¿t care why the Dallas Cowboys are called ¿America¿s team lost alone want to watch a two hour special about it). The hotel is very nice. Mignon has to be the best front desk person ever. She went out of her way to help me with anything I needed. She let my brother and his wife check in early so we could get to my son's retirement from the marines. Thank you Mignon! Also when I checked in the gentleman who checked me in was wonderful I didn't get his name sorry. But thank you both for a wonderful stay.

This place is big, clean and beautiful. The staff are all very friendly. Jlen stood out the most great customer service skills. A huge fishtank sits in the lobby it is so pretty. The Pool was very cold for such a cold day and the tiles in the pool room are dangerous slick. I would not suggest this area for children without serious supervision. But the pool area is clean and plenty of clean towels. The carpet in the hallways look brand new but definitely were not put in right there are a few tripping hazard areas where the carpet is not tight to the floor.. The rooms are very clean and the beds very, very comfortable. The table we sat at in the dining area of the restaurant was super wobbly probably just needs tightening but this area was beautiful and clean to. I would definitely return to this place. Also the location is perfect right in the middle of town. Easy access to everything.
